How do I Join Sutton Dolphins

On the Home page you will see a box with Join Now on click on there then use the drop down menu to and select current term, venue, day and class.

Once an invoice is produced you have been offered a place. Invoices MUST be paid prior to attending a lesson. Check term dates on bottom left hand side of front page.

How do I put myself on the waiting list.

Click on the box Join Now and select the term you wish to join, venue, day and class and it will automatically put you on the waiting list for next term.

I just want to find out more information.

On the Home page at the top you will see a selection of options on classes, click on the individual class type you want or venue and if they dont give you the information you are lookin for click on contact us and you can ask the question directly..

How do I pay

Log onto your account and view outstanding invoices, you can pay online with your debit or credit card by clicking onto the invoice and following the prompts. 

Which Venue am I attending

On the place offer email and invoice you receive you will see your Venue, Day and allocated Time. Once invoice is paid you will see your start date.

What do I need to bring with me for my childs first lesson.

Children aged 3 Years plus attending Nursery or Learn to swim sessions - Will need a swim cap (compulsory) a belt and disc set.

Children aged 2-3 Years - A belt and disc set and a swim nappy.

Babies 0-2 Years - A swim nappy (double nappy system is required for babies of a disposable swim nappy and a reuseable nappy ontop - see dolphinswimware shop) and a neoprene babywrap or a sunsuit.

Can I park onsite at the venue - All parking is at owners own liability and Sutton Dolphins and the venue cannot be held responsible for any damage to cars. Most venues have limited parking (except Wyndley) for approx 6 cars. All venues have road parking on the road the venues are on some are limited to 1 hour. We do ask parents during daytime swimming that if you are not getting in the water with your child then please park on the road and not in the car park. 

What time should I arrive at my lesson - Please do not arrive at your lesson more than 5 minutes before it starts to avoid congestion in the pool area and children always get bored waiting to go in the pool.

Whitehouse common school - You will need a code to enter the school on your first attendance buzz the school to gain access then ask your instructor for the code or phone us here at Sutton Dolphins. We will not give code out by email.
